Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at EvoriaHelp@gmail.com with your order number.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order. In this case, customers may follow the instructions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases

If any products or services offered by NRTURE include subscription or recurring billing options, customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
